Gresham Man Killed In Highway 31 Accident

LA PINE, OR -- Oregon State Police troopers continue to investigate the single car accident that killed a Gresham man early Saturday morning.  Troopers said a pickup was traveling northbound on Highway 31 when it left the roadway, hit the ditch and rolled onto its top.  The pickup partially blocked Highway 31 south of Silver Lake.  A passenger, Robert Edward Sanchez Busch, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene.  A second Gresham man, Sean Taylor Berglund, was rushed to St. Charles Medical Center in Bend with non-life threatening injuries.

Troopers said there may have been a third person in the pickup at the time of the accident.  Anyone who many have information on Saturday’s crash is asked to call OSP at (800) 452-7888.
